(NEW) Introduction to Olympic Lifting: The fundamentals of weightlifting taught in a small group class. The class meets on Thursdays from 3pm-5pm. The first hour is a beginners phase and the second hour is geared towards the more advanced. A great opportunity for those interested in beginning their journey into weightlifting!
1-on-1 Personal Training: 1-on-1 training services with a certified professional are available to help you achieve your personal health, fitness, and performance goals. Each training session will last until the tasks of the training day are accomplished, typically 1-hour. The initial emphasis of sessions will be placed on teaching the proper technique needed to safely perform compound barbell movements. Once the basics are mastered, focus will transition to both improving performance, and progressing the client's specific goals. 1-on-1 training packages will include weekly individualized programming, hands-on coaching, video analysis, and an open line of communication to assist you in moving closer to your goals.
Introduction to Powerlifting: The concept of this training service is to teach the main powerlifting movements (squat, bench press, and deadlift) over 3-sessions, in a 1-week period. At the end of the week, each lifter will be given an introductory training program which meets his or her individual needs, goals, and level of experience. The Introduction to Powerlifting program is a group service. So, bring your friends!
Men's Strength & Conditioning: This group training class is designed for men who have some experience doing barbell movements, but still need additional guidance and motivation. The class is run 3-times per week and is limited to five members per class. *It is recommended that true beginners enroll in the Intro to Powerlifting course before joining this group.
Women's Strength & Conditioning: Similar to the men's class in concept and structure. The goal is to introduce women to resistance training and barbell movements as the backbone of their training protocol. The class is ran 3-times per week and is limited to five members per class. *It is recommended that true beginners enroll in the Intro to Powerlifting course before joining this group.
Online Training Service: Online coaching will consist of monthly programming and weekly alterations as needed, video analysis, and an open line of communication for all questions.
