​intro to powerlifting $100

  • The concept of this training service is to teach the main powerlifting movements (squat, bench press, and deadlift) over 3-sessions, in a 1-week period. 
  • Each lifter will be given an introductory training program which meets his or her individual needs, goals, and level of experience.
  • Introduction to Powerlifting program is a group service. So, bring your friends! 

personal training $200-400

  • 1-on-1 training services with a certified professional are available to help you achieve your personal health, fitness, and performance goals. 
  • Each training session will last until the tasks of the training day are accomplished, typically 1-hour.
  • The initial emphasis of sessions will be placed on teaching the proper technique needed to safely perform compound barbell movements. 
  • Once the basics are mastered, focus will transition to both improving performance, and progressing the client's specific goals. 1-on-1 training packages will include weekly individualized programming, hands-on coaching, video analysis, and an open line of communication to assist you in moving closer to your goals.
