 Introduction to Powerlifting $79

  • The goal of Intro to Powerlifting is to teach the powerlifting movements (squat, bench press, and deadlift) over 2-training sessions in a total of approximately 3-hours (total time will be determined by the experience of the lifter).
  • Each lifter will be given an introductory training program which meets his or her individual needs, goals, and level of experience. 
  • This is typically a 1-on-1 service, but if you want to take the class with a friend please ask about our group discounts!



 Strength Training

 Small Group Coaching

 $179/mo (coming Fall 2019)


  • UNLIMITED training sessions during coaching hours.
  • Current coaching hours - Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 5pm-8pm & Sat 11am-2pm
  • Maximum of 3 athletes per coach (to ensure that you get the attention you need)
  • You must sign up for class online if you want to be guaranteed coaching for that day
  • ** Includes gym membership
  • **must have some familiarity with barbell training, if not you will be asked to take the introduction to powerlifting class before enrolling in our group coaching



 1-on-1 Personal Training 

  • Each training session will typically last 1-hour, or until the tasks of the training day are accomplished.
  • Includes weekly individualized programming, hands-on coaching, video analysis, and an open line of communication to guarantee you reach your goals!​
