Introduction to Powerlifting $79
- The goal of Intro to Powerlifting is to teach the powerlifting movements (squat, bench press, and deadlift) over 2-training sessions in a total of approximately 3-hours (total time will be determined by the experience of the lifter).
- Each lifter will be given an introductory training program which meets his or her individual needs, goals, and level of experience.
- This is typically a 1-on-1 service, but if you want to take the class with a friend please ask about our group discounts!
1-on-1 Personal Training
- Each training session will typically last 1-hour, or until the tasks of the training day are accomplished.
- Includes weekly individualized programming, hands-on coaching, video analysis, and an open line of communication to guarantee you reach your goals!
